1. Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through utimeshair.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. (if the original strap attached to the u part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will be not seen as an unused condition)
3. Free returns and exchanges have been implemented in The United States. If you want the prepaid shipping label please contact us first. We'll be mailing you a prepaid shipping label once we confirm your return request.

Refunds and exchanges can only be requested after the goods have been shipped, and unshipped orders can be cancelled directly
